2. Channel or Company Name
3. MetaMask Wallet Address
4. Profile picture (200×200 pixels) jpg, png, gif
5. Banner image (860×650 pixels) jpg, png, gif
6. Mobile Device OS
7. Add-ons – App icon (512px x 512px. Format: 32-bit PNG. Color space: sRGB)
8. Add-ons – Video banner (YouTube, Vimeo or mp4)
9. Social Media accounts
